We had a very good experience at this B&B: it is beautifully decorated, very clean, staff are very friendly... What I liked the most was that we didn't have to ask for anything because all we needed was already there. Breakfast was delicious, and in bed!
Stayed May 2015, travelled as a couple
Great value for money, "you get what you pay for in this world" room was small but we just wanted a bed for a couple of nights and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was the mutts nuts and you could have it in your room. Parking in Brighton is not the best but owner has a couple of places at the back of hotel for £10 a night. Will go back later in the year. Lovely B&B.

We have been here before and loved coming back here. I have 4 children and they always are able to accommodate is all. Always fun, clean, approachable staff and we adore the scrummy breakfast. Perfect location for beach, Lanes and Brighton enjoyment. Thank you. See you again soon.
